This beautiful LSA Awareness Bracelet was designed exclusively for the LSA by artist Kelly Kichka. Kelly fashions the bracelets with six light sapphire Swarovski crystals surrounded by pearls - pearls of hope, along with an oval sterling silver charm that reads "Care today, Cure tomorrow."

As an added personalized touch, each bracelet can be ordered with two birthstone crystals near the clasp to commemorate and honor a special Lowe Syndrome child. To order your awareness bracelets by mail, please follow these steps:

  1. Open and print the bracelet order form. Be sure to fill out the form completely.
  2. Calculate the total of the bracelets, including shipping charges (shipping charges apply for each bracelet).
  3. Enter your shipping information
  4. Choose a payment method - check, money order, Visa, or MasterCard. Checks and money orders may take additional time to wait for the funds to clear.
  5. Mail the form to the LSA at the address shown on the form.

 

Please note that the bracelets will not be shipped until the payment is received/cleared.
